Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

All fireworks sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No-Dud Guarantee

Every purchase is covered by our No-Dud Guarantee. If a product fails to fire:

1. Take a photo or video clearly showing the product and that it did not go off.
2. Email it to josh@scbfireworks.com along with your order number.
3. We'll replace it with the same or a comparable item. If nothing similar is available, we'll issue store credit.

For your safety, do not attempt to relight a dud. Soak it in water and dispose of it in accordance with local laws.
